Depression: spiritual reboot
Depression calls for spiritual transformation
The word “depression” (depressed) is phonetically pronounced as “deep rest” (deep rest).
We can view depression not as a mental illness, but at a deep level, as an absolute and very incomprehensible state of deep peace, when we are completely exhausted by the weight of the false self, the story of who we are, invented and told by our mind.
Depression is an unconscious loss of interest in a second-rate life. It is the desire to “die” for the false and to free oneself from the exhausting drama of the individual.
Depression calls for spiritual transformation, it must be heard and understood, and not healed by analysis and medication.
There is nothing shameful about depression.
