- fresh chanterelles - 0, 4 kg;

How to cook julienne in pots with chanterelles
There are no difficulties in this process. Finely chop the prepared chanterelles, do the same with onions. Julien in pots: mushrooms with chicken
- mushrooms (champignons) - 150 g;
- fillet of chicken boiled - 200 g;
- cheese (hard varieties) - 300 g;
- onion - 1 (small).
Ingredients for sauce:
