The representatives of Kiev and the LPR with the DPR managed in Minsk to agree only on the exchange of prisoners, as reported by the head of the Donetsk People's Republic Alexander Zakharchenko.
They plan to exchange prisoners under the “all for all” scheme. As the head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, Igor Plotnitsky, noted, negotiations will continue on other agenda items. Zakharchenko added that in the DPR they are ready to trade coal with Ukraine, but only in the case “if she has money”.
According to uznayvse.ru data, representatives of Kiev are currently holding 225 militiamen, and 150 security officials are in captivity with the separatists.
Minsk negotiations were held in the first residence of the President of Belarus - Dipservice Hall.
